With traditional real estate sales, many buyers of luxury homes, ranches, condominiums and other properties worry that they will pay too much. We will work closely with you in the days leading up to the auction, by providing you with an Information Package on the property. This package contains all available due diligence materials and information you need to evaluate the property and is available to you for review prior to bidding. You will also be given the opportunity to conduct any additional research or schedule an inspection of your own before auction day. This will enable you to be prepared to make a buying decision.

Auction Day

When Auction day arrives we will register you (if not already done so,) and take a final tour of the property before the live auction commences. We provide a staff of professional auctioneers and bid assistants to assist you in any way throughout the bidding and buying process. You can bid confidently knowing that the Seller is committed to sell and that you can benefit from an open and transparent bidding arena.

Streamline NonContingent Closing

At the conclusion of the auction, if you are the highest and winning bidder, we will assist you in completing the purchase documents. As all auction properties are sold “as‐is,” the possibility of contingencies and negotiations are taken out of the equation, ensuring an efficient and smooth transaction for all involved. The property closing is normally within 30 days.
