When Mike represents you as a Listing Agent, he will:
- Input your listing into the REALTOR® MLS (Multiple Listing Service) - Install a nationally recognized sign and brochure box with information fliers on your property - Place a display stand inside your home with information fliers - Place your home on REALTOR® Tours - Advertise your home in one or more of the following publications: - Homes & Land - Ahwatukee Foothills News - The Mendoza Team News - Include your home in extensive Internet Advertising as well as feature virtual tours of your home on several different websites - Hold open houses at your home (at your request) - Follow up with REALTOR®s who have shown your home, and update you with their feedback and comments - Review contracts with you and represent you in contract negotiations - Guide you through the complete escrow process - Assist with the purchase of your new home or refer you to a REALTOR® in your destination area
